Atenk sausages

Sweet apples

400g / 2 /

Sour cabbage              

400g

Dark beer                    

100 ml

Salt, pepper, bay leaf, vegetable oil

 

Cut the sausages into four five pieces and fry in the vegetable oil in well-heated frying pan, stirring regularly until it becomes golden. Wash apples, remove core, cut in small pieces and add them to the sausages. Then add sour cabbage and stirring continuously fry slightly. Add a few bay leaves, salt, pepper pour the beer in the pan and close the lid. Cook on low fire for 10-15 minutes. Serve it hot.
